Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing a moderate sized team of non-exempt and exempt direct reports, including at least one supervisor and overseeing the day-to-day operations and financial performance of one to two primary locations, with additional oversight responsibilities for one to two more locations within the region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling, billing, and medical records management.
- Oversee people management responsibilities, including hiring, firing, performance evaluations, and rewards.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, including revenue, expenses, and accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical staff to implement quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care outcomes.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to patient satisfaction, appointment wait times, and clinical outcomes.
- Assist the Regional Manager with operational, HR, and quality functions across the region.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Education and Experience
1. Education: Associates degree required. In lieu of an Associate's degree, minimum five years of experience in healthcare leadership is required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Licensure: N/A
3. Certification: Certificate in Healthcare Management required within 2 years of the role.
4. Years of relevant experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare leadership, managing multiple healthcare facilities, sites, or programs required.
