What You'll Do
As an LPN with Medication/IV certification, you will support patient care from assessment through discharge while collaborating closely with an RN and care team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, assess, and report patient conditions, identifying and communicating any changes
- Support the development and execution of individualized care and discharge plans
- Deliver hands-on nursing care with compassion and precision
- Educate patients and families to promote understanding and positive health outcomes
- Assist in training and mentoring team members within your scope
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
- Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered care environment
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who combines clinical skill with empathy and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing program (or Associate's Degree in Nursing)
- Active LPN license with Medication/IV designation (or eligibility)
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively across teams and departments
- Experience with Epic or similar EMR (preferred)
- 0–2 years of nursing experience—new grads encouraged to apply!
